White Wine of Empolese D.O.C.

From the Tuscan Trebbiano, cultivated in the lower Valdarno, one obtains a dry, light yellow wine with an alcohol content of at least 10.5%. It is excellent paired with antipasto, first courses, fish, vegetables and boiled meats.
